Good: a short walk from train station, a short walk to old town, relativelky inexpensive by Munich standards, hot and high pressure shower, very friendly front desk and customer service, EXCELLENT restaurant (the restaurant is highly recommended.)
Bad: room wasn't very clean (the walls could have used a wash), the shower door seal leaked (and had to be blocked with a towel to avoid the entire bathroom floor being flooded), no air conditioning (room was very hot, only a small fan is provided), only one pillow provided per person and no ability to call down to front desk, very noisy (room backed onto beer garden which had loud conversation late at night) and located in a somewhat "dicey" area (strip clubs along the street). If this hotel was half the price, it would be reasonable value, but I didn't think it was good value for money and I would not stay again - but I would definitely go to the restaurant.
