Hidden jewel in Pozzolengo!
The room was booked for a colleague and we were impressed with the room when he showed us! Bathroom also good size and clean. The hotel has only been open since April, but I would recommend it without hesitation. It is on a hill, set back into the countryside with vineyards, beautiful gardens and pool. The surrounding area is great for holidays, plenty of walks, historic places and Lake Garda only about 20 minutes away. The restaurant was very good, food excellent and quite a choice. Staff spoke English, German and French and were very friendly. Service was a little slow, but with the view from the restaurant terrace, a glass or two of wine, that was not a problem and I am sure it will improve - the restaurant had only been open about 10 days! We will be going back!

A Fantastic Italian Hotel
The hotel is on the edge of a town called Pozzolengo surrounded by a vineyard. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the small village amenities and the hotel has a good sized car park. Located about 15 minutes drive from Peschiera Del Garda which is a larger town on the Lake of Garda which has excellent train links to Venice, Verona or Milan. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. For your comfort the rooms have air conditioning and the hotel has free wifi and the television has News channels in a variety of languages, internet radio and You Tube. The bed and pillow was a little hard for my taste but everyone is different and the bathroom could do with a little more soundproofing as you could hear others talking in their rooms. The outside space is fantastic and the pool is gorgeous where they serve drinks and snacks. There is a view from the front of the hotel across to the mountains in the distance.

Positiv: Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der bei unserer Ankunft kaputte Toilettensitz wurde umgehend repariert. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmässig (mit Ausnahme des nicht verdunkelbaren Dachfensters direkt über dem Doppelbett). Im Gebäude gab es auch eine Küche (die allerdings nicht eingerichtet war und bei der der Herd nicht funktionierte) die aber zum Konsumieren einer mitgebrachten Mahlzeit zur Verfügung stand. Aber: Wir hatten am ersten Tag Hunderte von Marienkäfern (und einige grosse schwarze Käfer) in unserem Zimmer (mehrere im Bett, auf der Zahnbürste und viele unter unseren Füssen). Als wir dies meldeten, wurde uns nur geantwortet, dies sein eben die Saison und das wäre in allen Zimmern so. Am zweiten Tag waren es nach der Reinigung nur noch Dutzende von Käfern, an den weiteren Tagen nur noch ca. 10. Richtig schlimm fanden wir aber die Nacht von Karsamstag auf Ostersonntag: Direkt neben unserem Fenster lag der "Meeting Room" der Unterkunft. Dieser war offensichtlich für eine Party vermietet worden, inkl. lauter Musik und vielen jungen Leuten, die auch draussen unter unserem Fenster bis halb Zwei Uhr nachts feierten. Wir haben zwei Mal bei der Rezeption angerufen und nur ein "So sorry, we will tell them." als Reaktion erhalten. Die Feier ging mit unverminderter Lautstärke weiter. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen, aber wir hatten sie ausgewählt, weil wir uns eine ruhige Umgebung versprochen hatten. Wer aber die Ruhe sucht, sollte diese Unterkunft meiden.

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Jedes Detail ist stimmig und jedem weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ich bin selbst executive Housekeeper in einem fünf Sterne Hotel und war absolut begeistert von der Sauberkeit in jedem Bereich des Hotels. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ein einziger Traum mit der großen Auswahl, Hohen Qualität und Gestaltung.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsort zum Entspannen
Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Gardasee entfernt. Die Lage ist wunderschön, weil es nicht direkt im Tourismusgebiet liegt und man daher auch seine Ruhe haben kann. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und sauber (genauso wie auf den Bildern). Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wir persönlich finden das Hotel sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Poolanlage gefällt uns auch sehr gut, da die Gartenanlage herum zum Entspannen einlädt und sogar ein kleines Kiosk direkt am Pool zur Verfügung steht. Es gibt einen sehr großen hoteleigenen Parkplatz und wer möchte auch eine Tiefgarage für 8 € am Tag. Im Normalfall schreiben wir nicht so gerne Bewertungen. Da das Hotel uns aber so gut gefallen hat, haben wir uns die Mühe gemacht. Eindeutig zum Weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Hotel
Hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Relais Mondotella. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel selber ist sehr schön und sauber. Wahnsinnig viel Auswahl gab es beim Frühstück nicht aber sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei nur der Kaffee war nicht ao gut. Einziges Manko sind die dünnen Wände der Zimmer.
