I stayed with my family for some nights during our Vietnam trip. The Hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the Hanoi Old Quarter. You can reach everything very easily by foot or by grab/taxi/scooter. The rooms vary depending on the type and are all good. The Receptionist and all the crew are amazingly kind, very helpful and welcoming. A particular mention is due to Elsa: she provided all the assistance one guest needs already before the check in, thank you very much! We would surely stay again in these hotel!

Great Hotel Experience
The hotel is in a great location, good accommodations, but what is really outstanding is their staff. They are very friendly and extremely helpful.
