Spacious, new home. But beds were not as described in size. Neither in comfort. Hard as rock mattresses, and pillows.
We stayed 5 nights, the manager was in a rush to get out when we arrived, and difficult to communicate with. It took us an hour to find the place as the street is in a community and not on maps. And we did not know about the community name.
We were suppose to have a private beach access, but we did not.
Good thing I always travel with towels because for the 3 of us we only got 4 large towels and 2 washcloths. This is not enough for 5 nights.
The contact on the reservation is an US number, got in contact with him before arrival via WhatsApp. Never got the manager number until the moment we were lost and needed help with directions. So I contacted the US number and he told me that I needed to call the local manager, he gave me the number then.
After many calls with the manager we found the property, not perfectly clean but I guess enough for the Jamaican standard.
Fridge was not full for the DIY continental breakfast. But when we realized it was too late manager was gone and not answering her phone anymore.
The place was suppose to have 2 twin beds and one queen bed. Not what we found. We got 2 full beds. We were 3 adults so one on each full and one did the couch, without pillow or sheets for the couch. Went to the market to get some.
At 6:30 am on Tuesday the manager tried to get in the appt using her key. We were so scared as we were all in bed .
