スタッフのおもてなしがとても良い宿です。湯布院のメインストリートまで観光案内付きで送迎してくれました。また、宿泊当日は花火大会だったのですが、私の部屋からは見えなかったためスタッフの方に相談したところ、特別にベットメイキング待ちの部屋を解放してくれました。貸切温泉もとてもGOOD！宿泊費以上のサービスで大満足です。
