No Water
I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. They wanted to give me the single room for the price of a double. Finally after getting the double room they told me that because of construction there was no water in the rooms. And supposedly there will be water in 1/2 hour. After one hour there was no water. I called the reception and they offered me another room to take showers. There was water in other rooms and I told them to give me another room. Why will they put me in a room without water when there were many empty rooms with water? And why did they want me to sleep in a room and go to another for showers and toilet?
Second, for a hotel of such a standard they should have at least one fluent English speaking employee.
I must say the staff of the 1st. floor buffet style restaurant was very professional, courteous and the food excellent.
