The apartment space and location was great! However I feel communication with property managers was too robotic and too many forms to complete. My biggest issue was that we got an email about 2 days before arrival letting us know that there are no towels!!! I am on vacation, I do not bring towels with me. Plus it seems like there is an added fee for everything. We paid a fee at the building and have no idea what for.
