The hotel is above a pub, which is no issue at all & check in was easy & the room was available early for us to drop off our bags. Although the photos show breakfast, there is none available. Apparently it was withdrawn over a year ago. The room was decent & the bed very comfortable. The shower was nice too. Would have been nice to have a working plug socket. My phone was on charge over night, only in the morning did I realise there was no power going to it. Some improvement to be made, but overall a decent stay.

Good location but not quite the standard the photos showed. A lot of things were falling apart, like door handles and hooks. The carpet was old and broken, the hair dryer was hanging in a cable from the wall.

Cool place to stay, it’s over the Duke of York pub! Older building beautifully refurnished. The rainfall shower stall was awesome. Bhargav is an excellent host and super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

However, for families with children, the cleanliness was concerning, with issues like dirt and clogged drains. Additionally, be prepared to carry your suitcase up narrow stairs, as there is no elevator.

This is a great crash pad in an excellent location to see London. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel offers a great place to get some sleep and freshen up. No thrills but the friendly staff and hot shower is exactly what we wanted when booking.
