The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The amenities the hotel offered were also excellent. We loved that breakfast was included in the price of the booking.

First time in Saratoga Springs! After carefully researching many top hotels in this area, we cancelled with one of the oldest hotel, and booked here, a decision that elevated our trip! Maura and Joshua were exceptional in providing us with the ultimate guest experience. Thanks for the history lessons of this beautiful town.
