I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best.

Nice receptioniste speaking English and service friendly. The breakfast from 7 or a littlebit earlier is very good. Names of cheese with amount of salt would be nice because we are not used to so much salt in cheese. 15min to airport by taxi paying TL400.

Einfach alles super;) der Wellnessbereich lädt zur totalen Entspannung ein. Super Massage und Hamam! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich, shuttle zum Flughafen problemlos und pünktlich! Zimmer sehr sauber und lage perfekt mitten in der Stadt. Jederzeit wieder;) danke für alles!

Ne İyi Ne Kötü
Oda temiz ancak sigara kokuyordu! Sigara içilmez bir oda istememe karşın sigara kokulu masa üstünde kül tabağı ve kül tabağı içinde kibriti olan bir oda ile karşılaştım :) resepsiyonu arayıp sigara içilmez oda istemiştim ben dediğimde sizin odanız sigara içilmez oda denildi. Kokuyor, masa üzerinde içinde kibritle birlikte kül tabağı var emin misiniz? diye sorduğumda evet denildi. Nasılsa 1 gün kalacağım diyerekten "peki" dedim. Duşumu aldım odaya yerleştim kapı çaldı :) Size yanlış bilgi iletmiş arkadaşımız odanızı değiştirebiliriz kusura bakmayın denildi. Yerleştim artık toparlanmak istemiyorum teşekkürler dedim ve öneriyi redettim. Muhtemelen ilerleyen saatlerde bir tatlı ile tekrar kapım çalınır diye düşündüm. 1 saat kadar sonra kapı çaldı :) sütlaç tarzı bir tatlı ile tekrar özür dilendi. Teşekkür ettim. Tatlı kötüydü ama nezaket hoştu. Caddeyi gören bir oda olabilir belki diye düşünmüştüm ama olmadı yandaki inşaata bakan bir oda verildi. Kahvaltı eh işte diyebilecek nitelikteydi. Zorunda kalmadıkça tekrar konaklamayı düşüneceğim bir otel değil.
