I booked a room here last minute and was very pleased with the room. It was spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The property is located in a quiet side street off the busy road but still walkable to the main street with plenty of shops, Cafes, and restaurants. I have stayed here several times and like it very much. A beautiful, tree-lined street. The rooms are always tidy and clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds. The decor is modern but not over the top. Within 5 or 6 minutes walking are a good French restaurant (with two-for-one weekday breakfasts!) and a pub. Within another 5 or 6 minutes walking are several coffee houses, (including a Starbucks). You can also use one of the motorbikes to get there, as well as to the bars and restaurants on Xuan Thuy Street, nearby. (Though I don’t recall any clubs.)

A very nice, relaxing guest house. Firm mattress. A fridge, burner, pot/pan, plates, flatware, glasses, etc. Modern furnishings, and nice staff, free tea and coffee with a common area to pass some time having a conversation or reading a book.
