Worst camping experience in The Netherlands
Worst service staff and adding extra fees on arrival even when everything has been prepaid. Legal actions is on its way with my lawyer. Don't stay at this camping if you don't want to be screwed.

Die gesamte Anlage ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Umgebung wunderschön, und man kann sich wirklich erholen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Anmeldung – freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Leider gibt es jedoch auch einige Kritikpunkte. Das Personal in den Restaurants wirkt leider unfreundlich und wenig kompromissbereit. Die Öffnungszeiten scheinen oft nicht klar kommuniziert zu werden und wirken manchmal spontan festgelegt. Auch die Burger, die angeboten werden, entsprechen leider nicht ganz den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Alles in allem ist die Anlage dennoch großartig, aber bei einigen Bereichen des Services gibt es Luft nach oben.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern im Europarcs. Chaletnr.595. Es war recht neu und sauber. Nur die Terassentür ging nicht auf, da wir keinen Schlüssel hatten dafür, was bei warmen Temperaturen etwas doof ist. Ansonsten sehr schön. Nah am Wasser. Und die Möglichkeiten für Kinder sind auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in unserer Woche dort und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für den Aufenthalt während bzw. fürs Defqon.1 Festival. Shuttleservice funktioniert gut (nur gegen Gebühr). Die Räumlichkeiten waren ok. Leider an einigen Stellen verdreckt und viele Spinnenweben bei Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer. Bei uns fehlten Handtücher.

Het park is prachtig, heel netjes, veel groen en alle faciliteiten. De buitenkant van de accomodaties zien er heel mooi uit, echter aan de binnenkant was onze chalet echt vies. Vaat stond vuil in de kast. Bank en badkamerdeur waren kapot en het was vies. Het park zou ik absoluut aanrader, ik hoop alleen dat u een andere chalet heeft
