Casa molto sporca e mal organizzata. Bagno scomodo, piccolo e doccia orribile. Ingresso spettrale e caldo africano. Nessun condizionatore e fornelli pericolosi e vecchi.

La casa è effettivamente in posizione comoda perché vicina al centro storico della Valletta ma... il bagno al piano interrato, umido, senza finestre ed evidentemente con problemi di fognature causava una puzza sgradevole che si sentiva in tutto l'appartamento. Per di più la pulizia a mio parere lasciava molto a desiderare. E' stato molto facile fare il ceck in per quanto riguarda il ceck out comodo ma, il fatto di andarsene lasciando la porta aperta direttamente su strada la dice lunga...

Piccola casa su tre livelli
Arrivati alla casa ho telefonato per comunicare l'arrivo, come da accordi, e ci hanno fatto attendere almeno 40 minuti prima che arrivasse qualcuno. In serata ci siamo accorti che non c'era acqua in cucina e nemmeno nel bagno. Abbiamo telefonato e dopo una mezz'ora sono venuti a vedere comunicandoci che c'era un problema nella zona. Al mattino c'era pochissima acqua e in serata ancora zero acqua. In quella casa non ci si poteva nemmeno lavare. In serata ci hanno cambiato appartamento.

Wer sich in seinem Urlaub mal richtig ekeln möchte, dem empfehle ich diese Unterkunft. Abgesehen von der katastrophalen Kommunikation vor Ort weist die Unterkunft massive gesundheitliche, hygienische und funktionale Mängel auf. Die Unterkunft war nicht gereinigt, die Bettwäsche schmutzig, die Dusche nicht benutzbar etc. Wir haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Malgrado l’ arrivo tardivo causa aereo si sono fatti trovare sotto casa. Molto centrale la posizione, con possibilità di parcheggio a poca distanza sul lungomare , ottimo wi-fi ma....arredamento trascurato, lampadine mancanti, solo una stufetta elettrica funzionante a metà, solo tv con canali maltesi, il bagno interrato due livelli più sotto pulito e con dispenser di saponi ma freddo e poco illuminato. Abbiamo richiesto un’ altra stufetta per il bagno ma non si sono fatti vivi. Se si usa lo sciacquone manca l’ acqua nel lavabo , nella doccia, in cucina e viceversa. Le lenzuola scadentissime tutte diverse e dall’ aspetto non fresco, materasso sottile è scomodissimo . Ventilatori ovunque. Non ci sono condizionatori.Peccato perché il posto ha buone potenzialità ma è assolutamente poco curato.
