Our stay was excellent - the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were adequate and clean, breakfast was very good, parking was very close to our chalet door about two metres away). My wife was especially happy with the hotel and wants to return next year.

O hotel fica numa localização ótima: próximo ao comércio, paróquia, restaurantes, passeios, cafeteria. O quarto tem tamanho bom, mas nada de muito luxuoso. O espaço externo muito grande, com quadra, piscinas, sauna, orquidário, um rio que passa ao lado, restaurante com entrada pela propriedade. O café da manhã excepcional.

Recomendo o estabelecimento e pretendo voltar mais vezes. Única coisa que gostaria que melhorasse é a temperatura da piscina aquecida. Segunda vez que vou e continuo achando que aquece muito pouco em comparação às de outros estabelecimentos. Atendimento muito gentil. Cama muito boa. Chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã excepcional. Foi boa. Ficamos numa área de expansão recente (cerca de 2 anos), quartos novos. No 2° andar, com rampa. Houve problema no banheiro, com infiltração da chuva… mas só no banheiro. O café da manhã continua TOP! É nossa casa em Penedo.

Hotel com decoração muito interessante, remetendo à Inglaterra o que traz um charme incrivel. O quarto era simples, agua quente dificil de regular,.mas a cama confortável Cafe da manha otimo com muitas opcoes de frutas, paes, bolos e benidas e especial atencao a pessoas com intolerância a gluten/lactose, porem sem muitas opções Boa localização, entretanto não é tão proxima do centro como foi informado, mas acessa diversos bons restaurantes nas proximidades a pe.
