This property is not good for 4 people despite saying it has two bed. The sofa bed which was not advertised had lumps and a dip so unsleepable. Also the stairs to the room are steep and dragging your luggage with no help is terrible. No customer service and was not what we expected. Would not recommend.

Perfect for a weekend in Edinburgh
This was a family trip to the Christmas market. The location is fantastic, walking distance from the station, perfect for seeing all the attractions, shops and eateries. Location was wonderful - very close Waverly/Royal Mile and is also surrounded by lots of more quiet (and excellent) restaurants and pubs. I had probably the best Italian meal right downstairs! Also - the showers are wonderful! Possibly the best in the UK! No bathtub, but a fully enclosed stall with serious water pressure!
