Very disappointing
This was a last minute booking after failing to find an evacuation flight out of Cuba due to coronavirus. The hotel is very very tired & tatty. Breakfast was not good. We couldn’t use the wifi cards outside the hotel that we bought there. We didn’t pay much money for our stay here but later went into the international hotel next door which was a star in comparison (although a lot more expensive).

Old world charm.
The hotel was beautiful as you walked in. Old world beauty. The rooms & furniture are basic. The bed was very low to the ground and did not have box springs or did not have a mattress. Not sure which piece was missing. Nonetheless we slept soundly. Common areas have no AC. Only the rooms. The bath and shower are extremely slippery. Be careful when wet! Could not flush the toilet multiple times within a few hours. Tank apparently was very slow to fill. But yes we would stay there again. Old world charm. With nice buffet breakfast.

Hotelli asukoht suurepärane ja hommikusöök väga hea. Viimane remont tubades tehti ilmselt enne revolutsiooni, mööbel on lagunenud ja juhtmed ripuvad. Hea kujutlusvõime korral on võimalik ette kujutada kunagist hiilgust. Toa koristamine võttis väga kaua aega, saime oma tuppa alles kell 16.30.

Grandeur et décadence
Cet hôtel a sûrement été très agréable au temps de sa splendeur mais il y règne actuellement une atmosphère tristounette. les chambres sont tristes, mal éclairées, les salles de bain vétustes. La salle du petit déjeuner s'apparente plutôt à une cantine scolaire. Le personnel est cependant très attentionné.

Lobby at the hotel looks great, service -needs improvement .... especially men! They are following ladies and they are ude! They are trying to approach each single girl ... the worst was tall Afro/American security Lazy receptionists.... one tall gentleman (slim with glasses) was really supportive!!!

Bra men inte prisvärt
Plaza har ett perfekt läge mitt i gamla staden med gångavstånd till "allt". En fantastisk fin frukostbuffe' på en terass med utsikt över det mesta. snygg lobby med bar. Så lång 4 stjärnor. MEN rummet var mycket nedgånget, tvättfatet hängde löst och varmvatten var mycket sparsamt. Dock rent och välstädat. Internet finns bara via ett entimmars kort (liksom på alla andra ställen på Kuba) men problemet var att dessa kort fort tog slut. Så ett tips är att köpa flera på en gång när de finns! Slutsatsen blir ett helt ok hotell men INTE till deras priser
