The hotel doesn't treat Expedia customers. They don't prefer customers who use online booking. They have selected clients. When I arrived an hour after my check in time, they said that they did't have any rooms available. They had received the reservation from Expedia, but said no rooms. They were going to send me to a cheaper hotel which I refused. Then they gave me a room that looks like a room for the staff, which is of bad quality, full of noise. That's the only room on the floor that they use for other purposes. I will never go there again.
