L’hotel est très propre avec un super accueil et d’une gentillesse rien à redire très à l’écoute pour notre confort. Le plus un petit déjeuner complet , je reviendrai l’an prochain inchAllah.

Escroquerie

La chambre payée, je n'ai pas pu contacter l'établissement (tu m’étonnes !) Pas trop inquiet, je suis arrivé à Oued Laou vers 19h00 et l'établissement était fermé. Pas depuis peu, rideau de fer poussiéreux tiré depuis longtemps ! Renseignements pris, l'hôtel a fermé ses portes EN OCTOBRE DERNIER !! Voilà donc 7 mois que cet établissement encaisse les réservations en étant fermé ! Voilà 7 mois qu'Expédia vend des chambres qui n'existent pas !

Cuando llegamos nuestra reserva no estaba notificada, al parecer hay un problema con un empleado que registro el hotel en EXPEDIA. Queriamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio, pero nos dierno una con dos camas.
