Tive um problema com o aluguel do carro em Salvador no domingo, e não pude chegar no hotel no dia reservado. Tentei por mais de 8 vezes ligar nos dois telefones informados pelo Google e pelo Hoteis.com, sem sucesso de contato com a acomodação. Na segunda-feira, cheguei por volta do meio dia, fiz o check in, o hotel tinha apenas mais um quarto ocupado. Pedi um upgrade de quarto, já que não havia dormido uma noite e nem tomado o café da manhã, porém não me deram o upgrade... Fiquei até quinta feira, quando o hotel tinha apenas mais 2 quartos alugados... Minha impressão foi que poderiam ter me acolhido um pouco melhor, afinal, perdi uma diária e o café, e tive que gastar em outra cidade. Resumo: dentre as obrigações do Hotel foi tudo ok, nada que desabone, limpeza boa, café da manhã bom, porém senti que poderiam ter se importado um pouco melhor com os clientes, ainda mais depois de ter sofrido alguns interpéries, poderiam ter dado o upgrade visto que o hotel estava vazio (detalhe, pedi mais de uma vez).

Prima verblijf maar mindere service
Het verblijf was op zich prima. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Bediening en het eten bij het restaurant was redelijk. We waren wel teleurgesteld in gebrek aan meebewegen/coulant zijn toen wij door vluchtvertraging een dag later aan kwamen dan gepland. We hebben nog wel zoals geboekt 2 nachten verbleven, alleen dus een dag later. Zodra de vertraging bekend was, hebben we het hotel hiervan geïnformeerd. Helaas moesten we voor deze niet genoten nacht toch de volle mep betalen.

O hotel é excelente e muito confortável. Único porém foi a falta de flexibilidade em nos ajudarem com um café da manhã (mesmo que simples) um pouco mais cedo, já que precisamos sair às 6:00 para um passeio, e o café começa as 7:00 (tarde para um lugar em que para alguns passeios é necessário sair bem cedo). A recepcionista disse que naada poderia fazer.
