I booked this place for our family's 1st and last night stay during Harbin visit. I understood this is a hostel but paid for a 4-person room with private bathroom and shower. Upon arrival, I called to confirm that we're on our way. The lady boss told me that they don't have our record and I must made a reservation with a different property. After my tour guy and family member in Shanghai made multiple calls, they finally confirmed that they have my reservation. When we checked in, the lady boss asked us to pay estra for that room because the price for that room is much higher than what we paid for.. We refused. So when we returned for our last night stay, she told us that she gave our room away because she could make much more. She stuck us in a tiny room with 2 bunk beds. We have to use public bathroom and shower. So buyers be aware. This place doesn't honor Expedia price or obligation. Even if you booked a bunk bed, you could end up sleep in a tent setup in public living area...

I booked a 4 person room with private bath and shower via expedia. Upon my arrival in Harbin, I called to confirm that we are coming. My tour guy and my family in Shanghai made multiple calls to that place and confirmed our reservation. When we returned 3 days later for the same room, she told me that she give our room away because she can charge much more than what we paid. She gave our family a room with 4 bunk beds with shared bathroom and shower. I understand this is a hostel. But I booked that room because of private bathroom. I used Expedia for years and have never experienced such unethical businesses practice. So buyers be aware.

Zuerst wurde meine Buchung nicht akzeptiert und mir ein teureres Zimmer angedreht. Dann spricht man dort kein Wort englisch. Das Hostel ist von außen schwer erkennbar, wenn man nicht chinesisch lesen kann. Keine Kochgelegebheit. “Aufenthaltsraum“ ungemütlich.

2018년 2월 1~3 숙박 하였습니다. 하얼빈이 빙등제 기간만 되면 숙박료가 센데, 본 숙소는 그 와중에 젤 저렴해서 예약하고 이용했습니다. 중앙대가 및 소피아성당과 굉장히 가까운 거리에 위치해있으며, 전반적으로 가성비가 훌륭하니, 하얼빈 여행계획중이라면 이 숙소를 한번 이용해보시기 바랍니다.
