After 3 weeks of backpacking I got to Ukulhas, and I'm very glad that I chosed Beach Residence for my stay. I was greeted at the ferry by Afaaq and soon I started feling the relaxed Maldivian way of life. The guesthouse is just in front of the sea and it has a few rooms, which gives more serenty to the place There are few options for breakfast, but I keep having the great Maldivian dishes they would prepare in the morning. I've very good memories of Beach residence and the people that did every day their best (with a smile) so that I would have a pleasant time

The beach was from the hotel only 40 foot steps away! New and clean hotel, AC and wifi worked perfectly! The level of service was a bit varying but the staff also managed to surprised positively!
