The location is not ideal for family / people with children to room share. The bathroom has a screen which is see through, along with the Moxy Marriott channel is extremely sexual suggestive. The area is dirty around outside the hotel. And there are clubs, night drinkers, and a couple of places that are sexual cabaret very close to the hotel and is along the suggested google walking path to get to the subway. It’s heavily guarded by “bouncers” at night and generally harmless just mind your own business. Overall, great bed, laundry on site, great pillows, everything was great except - not ideal for people with children

Ms. Mamono Tajima greeted me and checked me in upon arrival. I travel all over SE Asia and quite a bit in Japan. In my opinion, Tajima-sans customer service skills are world class. I was completely impressed at the warm welcome she gave me. International travel is not easy. It can be very hard on the body and mind. Tajima-san made sure I was completely comfortable. I would hire her in a heartbeat for any job that involves customer service - especially for western people. You should recognize her for the great employee that she is.

Wonderful establishment in a great location! I went during COVID time, so admittedly the hotel bar itself was empty all weekend, but I get the feeling during normal times it would be a very popular, fun spot! Definitely would stay again when I go back!

Tremendous atmosphere with a fun and unique environment, lighting, furniture and staff. Impressed by the "intercontinental breakfast" which outshines many hotels' offerings with a large selection and generous hours of operation. Not meeting international hotel standard
As the hotel is carrying an international brand of Marriott, there is a minimum requirement expected from international brand. The hotel room is comfortable, clean and no carpet, which is a plus. The service level in front office is almost none. The front office staffs are not professional enough in their job during the check in process. I have come to drop my luggage in the morning and have been told to come back around 2 pm for check in. 2 pm and the front office cannot find my reservation. Explanation unclear.i have stayed in Andaz and W hotel where the approach is similar...we can be in the bar during check in. However, they are very professional, fuss-free and they know who we are when we arrived, well prepared to greet the customers and accommodating requests from members. This was not the case with this hotel and they definitely failed to deliver the level of customer service at normal international hotel standard. Limited service, yeap no issue....even Ibis and holiday inn express have a better customer service level at international standard. Very disappointing. The location is not great, in the girls bars area in kinshicho and can be loud/rowdy at night. An embarrassment and reputational risk to the international brand of Marriott.

Fun Vibe at the MOXY
This hotel has a fun and funky decor. The staff is the best - friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with comfy beds. Bottled water is provided each day. The metro station is an easy walk away. They have a very nice laundry area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice stay, Easy Access to train stations
Nice at the affordable price in Tokyo area, the size is quite compatible for two, shower and toilet size are bigger than normal hotel in Japan. Location is not far from the main station and easy access to key attraction spots, it took only 20mins from Haneda Airport, super comfortable with Airport Bus Limousine ¥920 to Kinshicho station, 15-20 mins easy excess to Shibuya, Ginza, Omotesando and only one straight line by Hansomon Line (Purple) without hassle changing too many trains. Only flaw is the pillows, they are too soft for me, I’m not sure we can request different type of it.

The vibe at this hotel was amazing, the staff spoke very good English and helped us track down our rail passes left in a taxi. The dryer downstairs was broken - that’s the only snafoo- otherwise loved staying here - will stay again if I’m in the area - good price - location is near the train station - very convenient
