- Zustand der Anlage: mittelmässig - Zustand und Sauberkeit unserer Villa: gut - Angebot an Essen/Getränken: sehr überschaubar - AI: einheimische Getränke kostenfrei - Fruchtsäfte müssen aber bezahlt werden - Erzeugnisse von CocaCola und ausländische Spirituosen müssen bezahlt werden - Qualität Essen: geniessbar, nichts besonderes zb. Ananas aus Dosen, keine Bananen (die wachsen aber überall an den Bäumen) - öfters tote Fliegen im Essen - während unseres Aufenthaltes z.B. keine Minze für Mojito (wir sind in Kuba !) - Cocktails werden nur mit Zutaten aus dem Slush-Automaten zubereitet, Rum-Anteil aber gut - !!! Hinweis für Badeurlauber: Kein direkter Sandstrand am Hotel - Quad und Roller können ausgeliehen werden - Ping-Pong/Tennis/Billard/Badminton/etc - 3x täglich in beide Richtungen kostenloser Shuttle in die "Stadt" - Wifi mit "Rubbelkarte" nur in der Lobby, bei uns in der Villa aber leider nicht - Wir hatten Probleme beim CheckIn: Ankunft gegen 16:00 im Hotel und haben unser Zimmer erst nach 3h bekommen, sollten zwischendurch 200€/Nacht zahlen, da angeblich keine Reservierung vorlag - unverschämt, haben unserer Buchungsbestätigung mehrfach gezeigt Reservierung wurde dann doch gefunden, nachdem wir uns standhaft weigerten diesen Wucherpreis zu zahlen - Hotel nur zu ca. 1/3 belegt, meistens Kanadier unser persönliches Fazit: nicht wieder

Tutto sopra la sufficienza tranne il cibo
Ho preso la camera migliore , 3522 vista Mare, era favolosa , il resort e’ piu Che sufficiente , bene l’anno pulizia e l’anno cortesia del personale . Due cose da valutare attentamente , non esiste spiaggia e i giro in trenino + barca omaggio impiega 45 minuti and e 45 ritorno , carino per due gg poi e’ pesante , in taxi 2 cuc a persona e in 10 minuti si e’ Playa Paradiso . Il cibo in miglioramento rimane ampiamente sotto l’anno sufficienza , a volte immangiabile .

Excelente ámbito para recargar energía
Excelente lugar para pasar unos días sin ninguna preocupación. Buena organización en general a pesar de la falta de playa por problemas climáticos que debería haber sido mencionada a la hora de reservar. Un detalle sencillo y fácil de hacer que haría mas placentera la estadía, las diversas comidas deberían tener un cartel indicando su contenido. El personal que atendía fue muy amable en toda ocasión.
