"We have a lovely 6 night stay at the Sultanhan, it’s in great location with such lovely and helpful staff!
Our room was very nice with a pretty view out over a small closed off road area.
We had some problems with getting cool air from the heater/ ac but we’re open the window instead which was fine. This might be a problem in the summer however which we would have addressed with reception.
There is quite a bit of traffic noise with the window open but that didn’t worry us as it was to be expected in the central location.
All in all we have a great stay and would like to thank all the staff for looking after us. "
"The service and staff were exceptional and they made the experience of Istanbul fantastic! All my expectations were above and beyond anything I could have imagined!"
"The hotel facility is awesome, clean, elegant, had a premium sea view room, specious room with large bathroom. I do highly recommend staying in this hotel. "
