Good location across the street from the Higashi Hiroshima JR shinkansen station. Room interior is slightly dated, but still good.

Ok for a place to crash.
My husband and I came here after a very late flight. We just needed a lace to crash as we didn't think we would make the last train on time. The building was very old and dank looking. Not very attractive inside or out. But the room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was literally like staying in a single person 1k apartment. Bathroom was tiny. And I mean airplane lavatory tiny. A good assortment of amenities and a small balcony, closet and separate sink with tea making supplies as well. Our breakfast was convince store bread, like in a package. Some juice and 24 hour coffee free coffee were available. Let's just say it was basically decent for what we paid and not too far from the station. Good enough for it's purpose. Noon check out time is generous as well.

This property is not as good at all as it seems on the website. The photos look clean and quite good but not really. The room is small and has a smell. Bed is not comfortable. Staff at the reception is not friendly, he didn’t seem like he wanted guests to stay nor welcome them. We were actually leaving here before staying because of that, and because of it, we couldn’t get comfort during our stay.

Near Haneda Airport
This hotel is near Haneda Airport. It's just 10 minutes by Taxi.
Staffs are very kind and polite.
Room is small as usual in Japan. It's clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable.
The complimentary light breakfast including bread, jam and coffee, are provided in the lobby.
The price is reasonable. Location is very convenience for transit at Haneda Airport.

Was ideal for a short stay in Tokyo
Basic but clean, only criticism would be the bathroom size, unless you're 5ft or less it was difficult not to bump into something, overall though ideal location near train station.

Small Apartment Units Converted into Hotel Rooms
As an expat, I was not surprised by the apartment layout of the business hotel, but I think tourists would not think of it as a "hotel." I don't recommend this place for tourists unless they are a bit familiar with Japan and are prepared for the unusual.
I could not connect to the room's WiFi but did not call the front desk to ask them to resolve the issue because it was a relatively short overnight stay.
I found the bathtub to be a bit short, but for the price and the location relatively near Haneda, it was a reasonable place to sleep for the night.

Perfectly fine hotel for a night, near the airport. Staff spoke great English and there was free breakfast (mostly bread and jam + coffee/juice). The rooms smelled a little weird but we opened a window and aired it out. Great if you're flying in super late and need a place to sleep.

Business Hotel
OK place to crash if you're flying out of Haneda Airport. This hotel is by the train station and convenient.
I wasn't comfortable nor would I go back. There are better places even for the value oriented traveler.

Good for the price but uncomfortable beds
The staff were helpful, it was a short walk from the train. The rooms are a little dated but decent sized for Tokyo. The beds were really uncomfortable, very springy on the back.
