The property’s entrance was tricky to find—you had to walk through a shopping area to reach the door. The elevators had signs in Spanish only, and check-in was quick despite the heat. Upon arrival, we received a small bottle of red wine. The basic rooms included a bed, TV, and desk, with an old-school coffee maker in the closet. However, there were no face towels, only bath and hand towels. Unfortunately, no fridge or microwave was provided. The room remained warm, and the pool was small and crowded. The rooftop, located on the second floor, didn’t impress. If you wanted to use the hot tubs, they required an extra fee for reservation.
