when we arrived the power was out for the town which was not there fault. there was ice, there was not glasses in the room. They did not go out of there way to help with food or anything. Found out later that there some places open but by the time we found out they were closed. that info can from other people that stayed there. I felt that there should have been some kind of refund on the room as it was not our fault that power was out. (cost of doing business) Was not able to talk to anyone at check out time as no one was around.
