Good:
the place is beautiful, spacious, convenient, quiet and clean. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Hanoi.
Bad:
Some staff members are super polite and helpful while others don’t even speak English at all. Make sure you buy a SIM card with calling time if you stay here, you’ll need it.
The description of the place clearly states that there will be somebody in the front desk until 12 PM. We checked in around 10:30 PM, we were tired and thirsty. The guy that checked us in rushed us to the room and left. Upon checking the room we found there was no water anywhere for us to drink so naturally, we went to the front desk to ask for assistance only to find out the guy had already ended his shift. We went outside to see if we could buy some anywhere but everything closeby was already closed. Went back to the front desk and there was only a phone number for us to call for assistance (Thank God I had bought a SIM card with local call time!). I called and thankfully somebody helped us get 4 small water bottles, all this took about an hour - hour and a half after check in.
Other than that, the guy at the front desk was super helpful throughout our stay, the other girl though... barely speaks any English. In general the place is beautiful, and we didn’t mind staying far from the city center because we wanted quiet rooms.
