2/10 Poor

Disgraceful hotel
This “hotel” was horrendous. Do not stay here, it was uncomfortable, dirty and smelly.

8/10 Very good

The property has a very good value for money. It does not have many services but for few days is a very good destination in Copenaghen.
Pietro, 2-night trip

Close to cafes bars and restaurants. Upstairs room was quiet and private, but carpet needs to be repaired.

Basic, clean, and well located
This was a good place to stay for a couple of days. The room was clean and furnishings comfortable. I read a couple reviews that said it was a noisy place, but it was very quiet - there are no businesses in close proximity that are noisy (although plenty of restaurants are just a couple blocks away). Full kitchen is available for use. Would stay again.

Very good location, convenient check in, nicely furnished. Shared kitchen very useful and well eqipped. But please change the carpet in the room, this looks bad and dirty.

Good stay, easy access
Comfortable and clean beds and bath. The carpet had some stains from painting, but otherwise was clean and satisfactory.

Could use some improvement
This is a self check-in hotel. I was told I would get instructions and a door code the day before check-in, but did not receive any info. I had to call twice to get some assistance on entering the bulding and finding my key. The room was nice, but the floors creaked a lot and walls are paper thin. We could hear people in.the hallways and someone in the next room was playing loud techno at 2am. Not very nice.

Nope
Very hard to get in. No reception as such- had to wait for the dude to open. A bit nasty all over

Wouldn’t book it again.
1. We received no information about the check in, so we had to call them to get the codes to the key boxes 2. The room was dirty and very smelly. The carpet was very durty and the shower had black mold. 3. very noisy neighborhood 4. the only positiv thing is the location, which is very good
3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Disgusting. Shower was leaking, stains on the carpet and walls. Bad smell from the toilet. After opening the door to my room I walked directly out and found another place to stay.
Jens Martin Dollerup, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Its a lie!
The hotell is more of a "rent a room" experience. The "hotel" cleanliness is soo far from what the pictures shows when booking! The whole place has been neglected. Dirty carpets, dirty walls, spider web on roof lining, old moldy dust on top of curtains, mold in shower, chalk all over the place from the chalky water in bathroom, extremly noisy. Walls and floors must be made of paper.. bad service when checking in.

The carpet was dirty and so was the shower, even the bedsheets were dirty

A little problem with check in (instructions not provided on time), but personnel available on the phone and ready to support
Francesca, 3-night trip

Well situated, somewhat noisy and basic facilities
This is an ok, well located hotel centrally in Copenhagen. It is not well suited for families, though we had a good time. This merely because the facilities are fairly simple, and there is a LOT of sound leakage from the hallway through the walls and doors, and a lot of the other people there are young people who are enjoying their weekend stay. At all times of the day. ;) If you are fine with that, it is fine. If you want it really quiet, pick somewhere else.
Kyrre, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

If you're reading the recent reviews, you can see many people complaining of bed bugs. Don't take your chances. There is also a no refund policy (convenient) here, so they have no reason to address the issue. Staff does not reply to your concerns, and there is no reception on site to handle customer service issues if you do show up. Found another hotel and lost my money here. Awful experience, but good life lesson.
Dov, 1-night trip

The room’s carpeting was super dirty with shoe imprints on it and I was freezing in my room, it was super cold at night. Also very loud with all noise outside the rooms.
Emma, 2-night trip

Hotel not recommended! We want our money back! Before we arrived, we read that there had been bed bugs in the hotel for a month. But the staff denied this. We decided to go to the hotel anyway and were horrified to find that there were clear signs of bed bugs. We found ink-like stains, bed bug scales on the bed and in the drawers, as well as fresh droppings that could be wiped off. We also found a larva under the bed linen! After we had photographed it, we left the accommodation immediately and drove on. We actually wanted to spend a day in Copenhagen, but we weren't allowed to. It's a shame.

Dirty and smells like cigarettes
The carpet is full of stains and worst of all: the room REALLY smelled like cigarettes. We left the windows wide open for both days and it was still smelly when we left. One of the bedside lamps didn't work Stain on one of the sheets Beds comfortable Location excellent
