The property was great for our family of five. It's a little off the beaten path, but only a short walk to the bus or tram (less than 5 blocks) made for easy access to all Oslo has to offer.

It was everything that we could have hoped. The amenities were great, with the kitchen perfect for preparing small meals, and it even had a small washer/spin dryer, and finishing rack. The area was wonderful, with an assortment of restaurants, grocery stores, and it was very walkable. We intend to return, maybe for a longer stay.

Advertised a washer and dryer but only a washer provided. Management is not on site and slow to respond to requests (takes 24 hours) and don’t always provide what is requested.

We were sent a single email informing us that the location of our stay had changed across the city. The email went straight into junk mail. No courtesy phonecall, no Expedia messages (where we booked). Therefore... we arrived at the original purchase location near other Hotels/Apartments our friend were situated in only to find out that we had been moved across town. We wasted money on 2 Bolt ride shares getting back across the city. When we mentioned our terrible experience to the staff they only gave a snarky apology and did not offer any compensation. I even had an Expedia rep call them to get compensation, they still refused. In my option if you can no longer accommodate your guests at a certain location you should cancel the booking, NOT pocket the money and place them at one of your other locations. We spent the rest of the weekend on and off the underground and spending too much on ride shares because we were no longer staying near out friends. The service staff really didn't care that we had not gotten the communication. So if you're going to book with them, triple check your junk email before arriving.

Veldig bra som vanlig på Frogner House. Men; det blir veldig varmt i leiligheten når det er sol. Bør være mulig å få inn en vifte som blåser litt kald luft. Ellers er det meget bra.
