Very nice- definitely recommend
It was the perfect spot for a quick overnight trip to Naples! The room was cute, clean, and modern with everything you need and even had a little balcony. It’s in a very busy spot of Naples but felt incredibly safe behind 3 locked doors with 3 different methods to enter. The check-in and out process was seamless and the owners responded very quickly via WhatsApp. All around really good place to stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place for 1-2 people to stay.

Awesome stay! & clean room.
Our stay was amazing! We only stayed one night as we had an early train to catch the next morning. The hotel desk sent us very easy instructions on how to get there. Check in was very simple & the room was nice and clean. I would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

Nice property - would go back there in the future
Overall this is a nice property conveniently located near the Naples Central train station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that it is quite difficult to figure out how to get to the property. Hotels.com should do a better job in providing to the customers that this hotel is located on the second floor of a large building that houses a lot of other businesses and the New Gallery Hotel is pretty much an apartment within the second floor of this building that has been modified to have several rooms inside the apartment.

Steps from train station but hard to find
Once we finally found and got inside, it was great. It is not marked on the outside, once we found the brown wooden door with the smaller door inside, we entered a dim light courtyard. Still could not find the place. We were so lost. Used the "contact property" number in hotels.com app and someone answered. Within a few minutes a nice gentleman meet us and took us to the elevator, down the hall. Thankfully he carried my bag as you have 7 steps up to elevator. A very nice female greated us and showed us to our room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Pretty quiet considering it's a few steps away from the train station. There is not someone at the desk all the time like a regular hotel. Check out was 10:30am, not 11am as on hotel.com site. You just leave your key on the desk next to the paper with your room number. This was just an overnight as we traveled from Northern Italy to Southern Italy, so it was perfectly fine for us. It's location from the train station is what we were looking for, but man is it hard to find!

The host and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to do whatever it takes to help. We arrived very early and the host personally saw to it that we could check in early for a morning nap. Fantastic location right next to central metro and train stations for easy access to all of Naples and the rest of the region. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough - five star service all round.

Very cute and clean room. Staff was amazing . I got lost looking for the hotel and a member came out to find me! I will say to just watch the showers though. Doors don’t quite seal so I accidentally soaked the bathroom floor

The host was excellent with prompt and responsive communication. It was extremely convenient to the train station. The room and hotel space was clean and nice but it is in an old building and the entry way and main floor are dirty and it looked a little sketchy, but the rooming house itself was clean and secure.

Perfect location by bars and restaurants as well as the train/bus terminal to explore the city and beyond. Oksana was so welcoming and helpful with directions to the place as well as checkin and scheduling a taxi for me to take an early morning flight. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Adequate space for 2 people and appreciated the faurly priced (cheap) snacks and drinks stocked in the fridge. Great stay! Great value as well. I expected much less for the small price I paid. Also…there is an elevator. A previous review said there is not, but there most definitely is 😀

The access to the property is extremely "odd". Maybe this is not unusual in Naples but it was a "unique" experience.We were sent pictures to follow for access to the room. The 1st door you come to leads to a dirty and questionable area. If this doesnt bother you then it's and ok place to stay. Communication was good but perhaps not as soon as I would have liked. Clean and modern facility once your inside.
