All lies what they have advertised on their information..... no 24 hour reception you have to ring a number .... not everyone who answered the phone to u spoke English so they just hung up on you..no daily maid service as advertised..... no patio furniture.
Mattresses both mouldy beds ad sheets permanently damp severe health hazzard mattresses should have been replaced by new one , manager dident seem to care when I brought him to the apartment he said and what ??? So he must think it ok to sleep on flith, well we don’t , I have Fibromyalgia and put sleeping on a damp beds and bedclothes will not help my condition, how dare he treat us like that and us after paying for this , well I am going further about this and under the beds filthy They must not have swept it in a year .. Leaking in bathroom and it stank and they dident want to know... how are you advertising such a filthy place, but what baffled us was last Saturday when the maid appeared for the first time and she told us so many complaints all the time about the dirt of the apartments and damp beds the boss don’t care he just wants money . Iv already sent the photos of all this to ebookers and told them . I want a full refund otherwise I’m taking legal advise
