This riad is an establishment of rare comfort. No TV, locks, code, card, just Wi-Fi. It is flawless, decor in style, in the smallest details. The magnificent rooms, the various corners allowing you to rest, to quench your thirst thanks to the excellent lemonades, the roof terrace and its small swimming pool. Haven of calm and peace in the heart of the medina 5 minutes walk from the Jemaa-el Fna square. Varied and complete breakfast, very good menus in the riad, served on the charming terrace, also good restaurants nearby. A special note to the staff of this riad, cordial, available, delicate and endearing. Transfer of luggage by cart, easy access. They take care of everything for us. The gluten-free are very well treated, every day an attention.

The scent of orange blossom as we entered the Riad set the scene for a most wonderful stay. The proprietor Massimo met us from the taxi drop off and guided us through the maze of the Medina to the peaceful oasis of Clos des Arts. The Riad is indeed beautiful. The room was sumptuous and comfortable and the bathroom delightfully Moroccan in style. The rooftop courtyard was a real bonus. A relaxing sun trap with a small plunge pool. The evening menu is changed daily The food is delicious and imaginatively cooked. You must eat here at least once. What resonated with us the most was the hospitality from all of the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like house guests staying with friends. Especially we would like to thank Valeria for her warmth, knowledge and genuine kindness and for making our stay so special. We were also very impressed with Issam's professionalism in dealing promptly with any queries or requests. This a superb place to stay and we will be back !

We had a great time at Riad Clos des Arts! This riad is even nicer than in the photos and is perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the main sites in Marrakech - down a quiet (but safe!) street just off one of the main shopping roads. The breakfasts were delicious, rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the in-house hammam was great too. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and helped us organize transfers and excursions for both within the city and beyond. If you're not sure where to stay in Marrakech don't hesitate - this is the one!

Truly a lovely stay at a beautiful riad with an incredibly thoughtful team. The riad and our room were very clean and tastefully decorated - a glamorous Moroccan feel. But the team’s personal and considerate approach is what took our experience above and beyond. Once we arrived at the property, the owners gave us a quick rundown on all things Marrakech - they charted must see areas and “danger zones” on a fantastic custom map (which we relied on to navigate the windy Medina throughout our stay), gave us quick tips on cultural norms, and notified us about what to expect price wise from taxis / goods in the Medina / etc. This personal touch was felt throughout our stay and made our time in Marrakech a breeze. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Impressive and memorable stay
Amazing place with exceptional service provided by warm and friendly owners and staff. I'm usually a chain hotel guest and I cannot say enough good about this very special place. I felt completely taken care of during my visit, from verifying my tour excursions to special meal needs. The team made sure I knew how to navigate the medina and even walked me out to the main thoroughfare. The attention to detail is impressive and I felt like I was at home during my stay.

make better experience at marrakech
It's not easy to decide where to live at Marrakech, but we made a good choice, here was the best accommodation during our trip at morocco. All people here are really friendly and helpful, showing us where worth to go or not and gave us many useful advices here. Lovely room and public area, remember to spend some time IN the riad. Tasty breakfast and all day supplied fruits. Easy to find the location of riad from the nearest parking place. Just a small advice, if one water for free per night would be better.

Beautiful guest house in traditional Moroccan style.Created and managed by real enthusiasts. Right in the heart of the Medina it still manages to have a large roof terrace and small plunge pool. Friendly and professional service. Nothing was too much and their boast that they run it like their own home felt true. Buy some measure the best and most unique hotel I've ever stayed in. I hadn't planned to return to Marrakech but am almost tempted to stay in this property again.
