King Solomon Hotel in Tiberies is well managed and it’s beautiful. Excellent staffs. Thé réceptions are one of a kind, they are well mannered, thanks to Muhammad, his patient & communication is superb. Safa is good too. And to crown it all thd manager Shoki. Mr. Shoki Is an excellent manager. Thank you King Solomon of Tiberies and thank you Mr. Shoki, you execute your job well, and with so much respect. Will go back here. Highly recommend!! One more : I notice the cleaner, can’t recall his name, short not sure if he’s Chinese or Philipines, but daam He’s such a hard worker. One has to notice. Unfortunately I never heard a word with him. Expensive for what you get...
The hotel is under renovations and it isn't mentioned on the description. We asked to cancel an hour after booking when we found out and the hotel refused. The hotel asked for additional 17% taxes which were in small print of the booking page (misleading!) Note that they charge per person in the room and not per room even if it has double bed. The hotel is quite old and the access to the pool is far and not accessible with stroller (lots of stairs). The food in the hotel was tasteless and dry, not to our liking. The good part was the view from our room and the size of the room (suite with lake view)

We had difficulty with the bill, which was accidently charged 3x's with our US CC. It is being handled, but only after we picked up on it. We also found it frustrating that because we booked throught Hotels.com, it was nearly impossible to make changes to the reservation. There was no communication between Hotels.com and the hotel itself.

Got to the lobby late at night, lobby was hot no regular front desk, just security, they gave the keys and when we get to our rooms there was no electric in the rooms, no lights nothing worked, had to go back down and they were like oh yeah lets turn the power on, extremely weird, the carpets are stained and i tried not to look to closely to the linen as we just wanted to go to sleep, and we checked in after 12am and they refused to give us a late checkout. Basically the place is a dump save your money and go elsewhere.

We booked six rooms on Expedia and when we arrived at 5 pm paid for the six rooms. Dana gave us the six keys, but mistakenly gave us two keys for the same room #811. We asked for our 6th room. Dana said that we only booked 5 rooms. We showed her 6 confirmation numbers. She then said that we only paid for five rooms. We then showed her six paid receipts. She still refused to give us our sixth room. Dana then called her manager Maria told Dana that if we had six paid receipts that Dana should give us the 6th room. It is now 845 pm and we finally got our sixth key after a 3 hour and 45-minute ordeal.

Room we reserved and gotten a key for had someone else in it. We took a suite because we had 2 kids with us. Did not have another suite or 2 rooms together. So we split one parent one kid/one parent one kid. Kids didn’t like that/parents didn’t like that. One room had construction debris - cement on the floors and both rooms were dusty and coffee setup was not clean (open packets inside). We did not go back to front desk because we were just tired. When I told her in the morning - same staff that checked us in she tried to get a a manager but they were busy (just like when we checked and went into a room that someone was there and back to the desk). Desk clerk was nice but her hands were tired with everything. Setup is weird a little explanation when we checked in would’ve gone a long way something like you are checking in on top of the hill, your room is down the hill so you have to take an elevator down to the floor that connects walk across then take another elevator down to your floor. Staff we met were pleasant. We did not use any facilities just walked around.
