This is a no-frills motel, that is clean, safe and the owners are incredibly kind. If you need somewhere to stay for the night, I recommend the Cortland Motel.

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

It's pretty good - nice owner/operator. Just a little old. It's quaint and chill. Not much around, it's in a very small town.

Motel looked a little sketchy, run down and surrounding area questionable but rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Amenities were cheap (soap, shampoo/conditioner combo in tiny packages) and towels small but our stay was fine for the one night and close to Cortland campus. Family run, nice and accommodating.

Pleasantly surprised and pleased by this motel. Most motels make you regret not planning earlier or not paying the extra cash to stay in a hotel. Clean. Staff is nice. And its visible thatbthey care about being clean and a good presentation. Would consider staying here again. I live 3 hours away.

We had to stay away from our house for one night because it was being fumigated. This was the cheapest choice. It was OK, but the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also, every time we heated up water, the smoke detector went off

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is right off the highway which is convenient with plenty of gas stations and a diner just down the road. No shortage of parking.
