A Good Hotel.
To find this hotel amongst the industrial area is not easy without your Sat Nav. The room issued was in the Annex. Compact it had everything one needed. This was our second stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling across France.

Not bad stay overall
For a quick on route stop it ticks the boxes, single glazed garden doors didn’t feel very safe and made the room cold, shower took long to warm up and bathroom could do with some upgrading. Overall not the best experience but we stayed for a few hours while crossing France so did the job, great to be right off the motorway.

We stayed overnight on our way from Italy to the UK. The hotel was out of town but conveniently near the motorway for our journey. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really efficient. The shower temperature varied and the communal areas were looking a little tired. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in for a day or two.

This hotel don't have a 24hour reception, but if you arrive late, they provide you all the information over the phone and in email, you need, to be able to get into your room. I especially like that. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay especially after a long journey.

Our stay at the Brit hotel Reims
Well we had to change rooms as our one was on the ground floor with no air con and only a door to open. We speak French so that was good as the lady at reception didn’t speak English. Also they said on your app they had a restaurant and they are situated on a trading estate in the suburbs but when we got there after I asked they said it was closed as they didn’t have a chef but they did not email me about this so after a 6 hr drive I had to drive to a restaurant!! No relaxing here!!! The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was lovely.

Amazing staff.
We needed a comfortable stay and a good night’s sleep on the last leg of our journey, but unfortunately this was not provided at this hotel. The room was not as advertised and we had a creaky and very uncomfortable sofa bed rather than an actual double. The room was not the same as the one in the pictures and that’s despite emailing to confirm. The mosquitos in the room were troublesome and you could see squashed ones in the bathroom. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff at the reception.

Secure and comfortable for a night
Our room was in the 2nd building, which was fine as it meant we felt very secure with key cards to get onto the parking area and the building itself, and only a short walk for breakfast. The room was lovely and clean and as we were on the ground floor we were able to get into the grassed area at the back. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I feel this is more of a hotel to stay for 1 night on your way to somewhere else rather than a holiday destination in itself though

Very friendly and helpful receptionist on duty. No food available so had to go out for food after a very long drive. However a really good restaurant 5-10 minute walk away- Punjab- with an all you can eat buffet. No air conditioning in the room but then room cheap so to be expected probably.
