The property was very pretty. The atmosphere very relaxing. The staff didn’t speak any English and some didn’t speak Thai. This hotel is geared toward Chinese tourists. All the signs were in Chinese and the staff many only spoke Chinese. The breakfast was horrible and again was geared toward a Chinese tourist.

Een mini oase!
Ons verblijf in Mango T. Villa was heerlijk! Het personeel was zo vriendelijk. De kamers luxueuze en de tuin, met zwembad prachtig. Maar het ontbijt buffet was echt de topper! Geen Westers buffet, maar een Aziatisch ontbijt buffet dat elke dag varieerde. Het hotel ligt wel even buiten Chiang Mai, soms was dat wat vervelend mbt vervoer regelen (best met Grab taxi), maar als je echt even uit de drukte wilt zijn, is dit hotel de perfecte plaats!

一次不愉快的入住
原先訂的房間到check in時可以說房間已給別人，說把我預計的房間升級，其實衹是房間呎數大了點，其他配置殘舊污垢，沐浴位不能去水，叫人修理情況衹有輕微改善，因為去水很慢，沐浴時候要浸住水來沐浴，真的不能接受。而我已多次向酒店投訴，但都是沒有房間可以換我，我致電hotel. com 反映問題，而客服竟然說沒有方法幫助我與酒店爭取，因為你已經入住了。早餐方面可能是整個酒店衹是迎合中國人的喜好，所以食物大部份是中國款式食品。經過這次經驗，本人以後不會再入住這酒店

The environment and staffs of the hotel make it great for us to stay. Sad that you have a lousy breakfast and in house food was terrible. Water pressure was good, love the bath tub , big bed and soft pillows. Chinese breakfast , no butter, ham, good coffee .Chinese food without label on the dishes.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Customer service exceptional. We arrived late our first day and there is not a currency exchange nearby, and we wanted to get dinner down the street before bed. Instead of advising us to take a tuk tuk into town, they held onto some of our money for a deposit and they gave us baht which we gave back the next day. Very nice of them! Only downfall is the location. It is not near town and requires a 10-15 min ride by car or tuk tuk. There are a few restaurants nearby and one small mini mart but it is for the most part not walkable. WiFi was slow and kept kicking us out. Other that that we enjoyed our stay!

I booked the room with the bath outdoor , when we arrived I saw the bath was totally unclean for a while and was disappointed about that. I asked for changing room and this time the room is way cleaner. Staffs were very helpful. Gym was alright, clean but we had to turn on everything ourselves. 10 mins driving to night market from the hotel.

Muy recomendable
El hotel está un poco retirado de Chang Mai, pero el hotel ofrece transporte gratuito dos veces al día para llevarte a ella que no te toma más de 15 minutos. Las camas son muy cómodas y su decoración da una sensación de tranquilidad, en relación al servicio de su staff todos ellos muy amables. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.
