Small room, but typical of most japan hotel. It's very close to the shinagawa station which is great. Free morning breakfast was fantastic, fresh croissants! soft scrambled eggs, two kinds of soups, salad, spaghetti and more. The only issue we had was the a/c was not really working properly, so it was quite warm in the room.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, perfect for shinkansen. The rooms are on the small side and the bed and pillows were a bit hard but we were jetlagged and did not care. Many dining options nearby, as well as a small supermarket. The gowns supplied by the hotel are all the same size and very big. The breakfast area is fairly small but the selection of items is adequate. Lots of vending machines in the lobby.

I like this location because it's pretty close to Shinagawa station. It's about 4 minutes so it's convenient especially for an early morning shinkansen trip. The breakfast was good but you must get there early to have a selection. Room was small but functional.
