The staff at this hotel was absolutely the best!!! We had issues with our tvs when we first arrived but they fixed the issue immediately. We stayed in one bedroom pool beach side. It was absolutely perfect. I didn’t want to leave.

good enough hotel, decent stay. hotel lacking facilities, strange regulations apart from other hotels in the area, even after Covid-19 reaping. pool facility is decent, however more family oriented. food and current restaurants are decent with good food quality.

During the pandemic no is wearing mask at the gym, Restaurants lower than 5 starts even the breakfast, accept Si Restaurant was good, They refused to keep just one of the rooms for 30 minutes late check out, not even one room :) The front desk staff wasn’t helpful both for check in and check out And yeah housekeeping is poor :) The usage of towels and shower in a resort is higher than just a hotel, wasn’t enough tho I’m not going to stay there again
