Great place in the heart of the city.
Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Overall no issues. The only thing to be concerned about is the parking garage. It is difficult to navigate and very narrow. Other than that, the stay was great.

Trotz sehr freundlichem Empfang hat uns diese Unterkunft unter dem schrägen Dach enttäuscht. Es war kalt und die Heizung ging nicht. Allerdings hat uns dann das gute Frühstück für das enge und kalte Zimmer entschädigt.

Ich war mit meinem 3-jährigen Sohn über's verlängerte Wochenende da und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Auch sonst waren die Damen beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption stets freundlich und kinderlieb. Das Frühstück war auch super, eine große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse und Aufstrichen und verschieden Brot- und Brötchensorten stehen am Buffet zur Verfügung. Meinem Sohn haben sie extra Kindergeschirr und Kinderbesteck gebracht, was ich als sehr aufmerksam empfand. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das aller Neueste, aber es ist überall sauber gewesen und liegt sehr zentral in Waren, sodass ich mein Auto überhaupt nicht bewegen musste. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall und ist mehr als fair.

La chambre sous les toits, de petite superficie, donnant sur la rue, bruyante tôt le matin, matelas à ressorts dont un saillant au milieu de mon dos et oreiller trop mou. Mais l'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel agréable, le petit-déjeuner très bien et de bonne qualité, le parking privé payant en sous-sol est très pratique.

Das Hotel ist einfach, aber gutes Personal, sauber und natürlich zentra gelegen. Unstimmigkeit gab es beim Parkplatz. Dort sollte ich 12,-€ bezahlen, obwohl in der Buchung frei stand. Das wurde dann auch akzeptiert, wenn auch zähneknirschend.

Teppichboden war verdreckt und schlug Wellen. Inventar nicht gepflegt, kurzum wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Angebotenes W-Lan nicht verfügbar in dem Zimmer. Badezimmer war ordentlich. Dort fehlte es nur an mehr Licht. Es gab nur eine kleine Lampe. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt.
