no not at all. swimming pool & other facilities are closed which were not highlighted during booking. amenities you need to ask they are not providing by default. poor service. they were charging more then what it was during booking in name of taxes, when I highlighted they agreed. Very Responsive and Helpful Hotel Staff
The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to my requests [An example - the electric kettle was not working. After I called the Front Desk very early morning, the staff came within minutes. And the kettle was connected in another socket where it worked. Later at around 8.15 AM an Electrician came who connected the kettle at its original socket where it worked]. The Staff at the Dinning area were also very responsive - I was particularly impressed by Mr Prasad, Supervisor.
