Se trata de un lugar bien ubicado geográficamente, y que se advierte que tuvo un pasado mejor. Actualmente está seriamente descuidado, sin Mantencion de exteriores ni de piscina, habitaciones con puertas q no cierran adecuadamente, etc. con una impresión general de abandono y descuido. Afortunadamente solo pasamos una noche,
