The hotel receptions and the lady at the SPA receptions are very friendly and helpful. Great location, just opposite to the JR Station, & many restaurants around the hotel. Just a little hiccup there's no bottle water provided, other than that everything's ok.

Great experience
Right in front of Tokushima station and very convenient location. This hotel has a hot spring bath on the top floor which is the reason I stayed at this hotel. I stayed with my parents and the room was super spacious for 3 people. My parents also loved the room. The breakfast had a lot of variety of dishes and it was very filling. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Value For Money
I’d planned a trip to Nartuo Whirlpools, so I needed accommodation fairly close by. The search engine recommended hotels in Tokushima, so I booked the Hotel Sunroute. As it looked value for money. The Sat Nav didn’t pinpoint the hotel (opposite the JR Station). But I found it in the end, once I’d parked the car. Reception is located on the 3rd Floor of the hotel. The receptionist was so polite and helpful, couldn’t do more. I was allocated a room on the 10th floor. The room was clean and fairly big. There was no built in Air Con. Rather, this was provided by a mobile unit. This was noisy when switched on. The bed was comfortable. I had breakfast in the hotel. Whilst it was reasonably priced and fresh, it was fairly limited. But edible. I would use the Sumroute again.

こうあって欲しいシティホテル　　色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、かゆい所に手が届くというか、こうあって欲しいと願っていたシティホテルのスタイルがここにありました。　温泉があること。同じ階にコインランドリーと製氷機がある。エレベーターが２機ある。温泉入り口で新しいタオルを手渡ししてくれる。レストランが年末年始開いていた。　タオルの手渡しは何度も温泉に入りたい人にとっては大変いいサービスです。乾いているし部屋から濡れているタオルを持参しなくていいからです。 要望は、同じ階に電子レンジがあるといいですね。
