The management is not providing training, nor caring for their staff and the property. The hotel didn't have enough cutlery; in the dining area the table covers were dirty, it appeared they used the same table covers before washing during breakfast the next day. The breakfast was pathetic with minimal options.
The rooms had dusty floors, the duvet on the bed didn't have a cover on it and the sheets had spots of brown stains and dust. The rooms are far off from their photo representation, they were actually filthy.
My experience at Morogoro Hotel was terrible, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. If we hadn't arrived so late into the night we would have searched for a different hotel to stay for the night.
Expedia should not be taking advance payments for hotels and stay locations they have not vetted. Taking advance booking with no refunds is a ploy for properties like these.
