The hotel is quite swanky and rooms are comfortable. There were so many gadgets and technology in the room, however, that sometimes it was hard to figure out how to turn the light on or off. User manual would have been helpful.
With all this sometimes unnecessary technology, our room was missing toilet paper at check-in (!), hair dryer was too far from the mirror so as to make it impossible to dry hair and see yourself in the mirror at the same time, and the closet was seemingly designed for hanging men's shirts only since it was very short. Too bad if you need to hang a dress.
Finally, it turned out that our fare did not include cleaning service (!), which was never communicated to us at check in. While it was indeed part of the reservation disclosure as we later found out, it frankly never occurred to us to even check for it since we have never ever head of such a concept. This is simply absurd.
In summary, less technology and better service would have been nice.
