Nobody was there for check in. There was a phone number to call, but we couldn't make international calls with our phones, so we had to wait forever for other guests to show up to get in the building. Staff were there only during the breakfast time. All the hotels in Friedrichshafen were to give guests cards for free transportation, but we didn't get them since nobody was there to great us. The information booklet said that we could watch Netflix/ Amazon Prime, but since nobody was there at the front desk until morning, we couldn't get the adopter to do so.

Nice friendly hotel
The hotel is well positioned in a reasonably quiet part of town, with the only noise being late on Friday / Saturday night from a bar down the street. There is some parking outside which can be paid for at a meter. The room I had (no.4) on the first floor was very small, but had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed could’ve been softer, but the shower was good and there was room for a desk etc. Breakfast was average, some fresh pastries / bread and cold meats and cheese. Some yoghurt and breakfast cereal was available, as was fresh coffee. Downstairs there is a bar which was great and inexpensive, however be aware they allow smoking in there, which, for a non-smoker, isn’t much fun! I would stay here again.

Ingen i resepsjonen ved ankomst, måtte ringe for å få beskrivelse om hvordan og komme inn og hente ut nøkkel, Delt toalett. Dusj i rommet, INGEN NØDUTGANG INFORMASJON PÅ ROMMET. Ingen nattevakt,?? TRYGT ?? Det ble opplyst i Hotels.com beskrivelse at det skulle være dobbelt senger, det var det ikke. Skjønner ikke at et hotel med 5 gjester ikke gir bedre rom når belegget er så dårlig, da hadde denne beskrivelsen av hotellet vært bedre og kanskje anbefalt til andre . Det blir det ikke.

Enjoyed my stay, but the room was not so much geared to a business traveler as a very small desk without a desk chair. However, room was clean and enjoyable. Mind, no elevator and the stairs are not easily taken with a suitcase.

Günstiges Hotel mit gutem Frühstück
Der self check in funktioniert ganz gut. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Das WC lag auf dem Flur und wurde von mehreren Personen genutzt. Der Getränkeservice ist super. Nichts für Menschen, die Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben, kein Aufzug. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Gut zu Fuß erreichbar. D.h. max. 15 Minuten zur Seepromenade in Friedrichshafen und weniger in die Fußgängerzone und Busbahnhof und Hafenbahnhof. Einziges Bad, aber sauberes Zimmer, allerdings über dem Eingang und Raucherecke. Im Sommer mit offenem Fenster ungünstig. Frühstück perfekt
