This hotel is a renovated historic home and is really attractive. I think they say they have about 40+ rooms. The staff is unbelievable. Very helpful with solving all our problems--tours, shows, etc. Every one of the people working there were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was quite large with a balcony facing the street. We feared it would be too noisy, but it didn't bother us much. The breakfast was quite expansive with the usual and local foods which were excellent. They have a lovely restaurant in the basement with local food which was delicious. On Saturday nights they have a quartet that comes in and sings Georgian folk songs. We love this music and it was terrific. The staff arranged a dinner at a local restaurant that had Georgian music and dancing which we appreciated. The hotel is "near" the Old Town, but not in it. It is on the river and across from the Hall of Justice. Still able to walk to most of the sites.
