Flawless apartment hotel, couldn’t fault it!
Fantastic apartment hotel, great location right by an S-Bahn station, literally a couple of stops to the airport, and a short ride into the heart of the city. Apartment was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchenette with a hob (stove top) and microwave. Very sizeable apartment, clean and quiet, barely bumped into any other guests outside of the communal social area on the first floor - will definitely be staying here again the next time that I find myself back in Hamburg!

Awesome apartment hotel with everything you need. Mini kitchen, fridge and coffee maker. Everything is digital and I did not need any staff interactions during my stay. Spacious and clean room and the hotel is within walking distance to S- and U-bahn stations. Great for going to the airport. Would stay here again.

The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out.

Conflicting information about check in
Be prepared for conflicting messages and overall confusion on when you can actually check in. The idea of a contactless hotel check in is great. But when you’re WhatsApping with AI, automated messages, and different agents, there’s zero clarity. The numa system needs to be improved.

As a German female traveling solo I felt extremly unsafe. Pretty much only men staying there, loitering in the lobby, catcalling. Shouting in the middle of the night. Room stank of sewer, cleaning staff burst in without knocking. Renovations going on in Hallways and building site outside window, first floor. Extremely disappointed, left property after 2 days due to this, no compensation, very difficult communication with management, virtual assistant
