Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value.

4/10 Fair

Location is good. About 10-15 minutes walking to old town. The place however is a bit creepy, odd decoration (shabby vintage and trying-to be quirky), but also a little dusty. Our room was number 6, which was spacious and (except for first night) quiet, but the cave like decor, especially the shower were creepy. Unfortunately the room also smelled a bit of sewage which improved later.
The female staff were all very nice and helpful, the older guys at night grumpy and not very helpful (“sort it yourself kind of attitude”).
Breakfast was good. But overall don’t think I will stay again.

This is an odd hotel. It has unique vintage decorations. It doesn’t have a bar. Doesn’t offer laundry service. Location is excellent. Rooms are large. Bathroom nice.

We were happy with the hotel. Good walking distances, clean hotel. The breakfast was OK. No air condition in the room, so it got quite warm, we did have a small fan though. The Wi-Fi was not so good.

A slightly wacky hotel but does the job. The room was small but I only used it for a few hours at night to sleep and shower. Was relatively quiet.

Very charming unique older feeling hotel. It is mostly updated with normal hotel amenities, but it has an old feeling to everything. Staff is friendly and everything is clean. Shower is small but the water is always hot. The outside noise can get through windows but the area is mostly quiet. I would stay again just for the unique charm

Easy to find, this colorful hotel offers unique room designs and a beautiful staircase. The feeling is very homey and breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. The staff is very easy to talk to, the hotel is located within walking distance to Prater and the Hundredwasser house. Vienna offers many choices of hotels, but I was supper happy with Hotel Urania.

Run far from this hotel. This hotel is filthy. The shower and shower walls are full of mould. The chandelier cover in think dust. OMG let's don't talk about under the bed. Under the bed add clumps of dust.
The headboard was also dirty.
In the dining area all the decor in there was also full of dust. Complaint to the hotel of the condition of the hotel and they refused to do anything about it.
Worked expensive ever.

Reasonable good hotel. I can recommend it.
Reasonable affordable, reasonable well located, reasonable good breakfast. Nice room. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby. Service very good.
Bed could have been better, but then again, it was good enough.

Very "funny" hotel with a baroque decoration, each room has it's own theme. The staff is really nice and helpful, the place is super convenient and at a walking distance from Vienna center, but also Danub walking path.

Kitschy
Very kitch and personal hotel with uniquely decorated rooms. The floor of my room had been swept or vacuumed but not wet washed in a while so there was a few stains and residue on the floor. Otherwise very friendly and charming old man at the reception. Did not have the breakfast so do not know what that’s like. Close to everywhere I needed to go. Can recommend the thai restaurant just across the street from the hotel.

Fantastic rooms. Hysterically interesting! Breakfast/coffee in the morning was fantastic. This was the best deal on a hotel for a couple nights in Vienna compared to literally anywhere I've ever been, BY FAR.

City Break
Short break in Vienna. Hotel is only 20 minute walk from St Stephen’s in the Innere Stadt so pretty central and very near The Prater. Pleasant breakfast and a great room. Staff very helpful. Only criticism is there is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
