Disappointment
it was a terrible experience. We book 3 rooms for 3 nights. Suppose to be a none smoking rooms/floors but room was smelling like an ashtray . TV was not working. They changed to room, it was again the same problem, pillows were smelling tobacco , corridors were smelling tobacco. My friends rooms were the same o TV working. Every morning we were complaining to the reception about the TV problems but every night when we return to the hotel , every thing was the same , no TV. Hotel called Asrin Park Hotel & Spa. But pool opens at 10 am. so no swimming in the morning :) . They advertise bars and restaurants in the Hotel but they do not serve alcohols . So they have bars but no alcohol. I would not go back there again. My friends making joke about the hotel and it is because of me arranged the booking, now they blame me for their bad experience in Ankara.

Negatives !!! They charge 25 Tlr per person for using gym and spa facilities which is not nice. They didn't say that in their additional fees on booking pages. The breakfasts are almost same everyday. Positives !!! Great city view, nice property area, parks, restaurants
